Shaker Payment Information

All payment funds are in US dollars.

We accept credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We accept funds transferred via PayPal. We accept funds wired and transferred directly to our corporate bank account via wire transfer. For any of these payment methods, simply contact us and we will pass on to you our account information for that payment type. We can easily send out a PayPal invoice for you to instantly pay on your credit card, and you do not need to have or open a PayPal account to do this.

We will accept domestic (USA) corporate, military and educational institute Purchase Orders under Net 30 Day credit terms. We may decline a Purchase Order from entities we cannot determine credit worthiness. Purchase Orders must be properly executed and authorized. You may mail, email or fax your Purchase Order directly to us. Our fax number is 1.925.397.3148. Our email address for orders is Sales@BigBearAutomation.com. We do not require postal mailed copies of purchase orders as authentication. We will acknowledge all POs via email along with estimated ship dates.

We collect California State sales tax and will add it to your total. We will collect State sales taxes for other States where we are required to do so. Please send your resale certificate information for our files if your items are not taxable under  California State sales tax.

We only charge credit cards and invoice at the moment of shipping your items. We will not ship on credit card orders if the card has been declined, and we'll contact you for an alternate payment method you may wish to use.

All shipping charges will be added to the final invoice or charged on the credit card at that shipping moment.

We will accept most Purchase Orders from our International customers under Net 30 Day credit terms for large and established companies and universities. We may decline a Purchase Order from entities we cannot determine credit worthiness. For customers paying by bank wire transfer and COD terms, we will wait on shipping until funds are transferred. Buyer assumes all fees for wire transfers. We provide a Commercial Invoice for all International orders.



Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via UPS. The default shipping method is UPS Ground. We will also ship UPS Blue (2 days) or UPS Red (overnight) per your request. We will add those shipping costs to your order at the time of billing. We do not mark-up shipping costs or add handling fees. Alternatively, we can accept your corporate UPS account number for those charges to be COD billed by UPS directly on your account. We must have street addresses for shipping, please no PO boxes.

We will also accept your corporate FedEx account number for COD shipping.

All shipping charges are based on shipments FOB our Santa Clara, California USA facility.

We also use UPS for our International customers. We will compute the total shipping charges directly to your destination based on the UPS shipment calculator. We are not responsible for customs fees, duties or any import transfer fees imposed by the destination country, please arrange to handle those fees on your end. If requested, we will use the services of UPS, a freight forwarder or a freight broker to handle all fees direct to your destination, and we will add those fees at the time of final billing.

Most items are usually in stock, or at the most 3-7 days before shipping. We will let you know via email the expected shipping date.

Multiple items for an order will be bundled together. All boxed products are overwrapped inside larger cartons with adequate packing material.



Returning Shaker Units

Simply email us with the notice that your are shipping a shaker unit back to us for repair or eccentric exchange, and we will be watching for it. We would prefer you give us the serial number of the shaker being returned and the reason for the return. The serial number is on the barcoded portion of the product label on the bottom of each shaker. We do not issue RMA numbers or authorizations, just send it back to us. You are responsible for any shipping charges to deliver it to our facility. Please make sure the unit is packaged well enough to survive handling. It is not necessary to return all of the cables or the original box if it is not convenient. Our shipping address is:

Orbital Motion Eccentric Exchange

Our shakers use a precision machined eccentric to provide the orbital motion size of 0.5, 1 or 2 mm. These eccentrics are assembled into the shakers under pressure and precise alignments, they are very hard to replace properly in the field, and doing so may cause the shaker to exhibit inconsistent process results, or be excessively noisy and lead to potential failure. Consequently, we'd like to make sure any eccentric changes you require be done at our factory, and we offer you our exchange policy. Simply ship the shaker back to us, at your cost, and we will exchange the existing eccentric for your new requested eccentric size, overnight, and then ship back to you at no further cost to you. Make sure you send us an email of your intent to send us a shaker for eccentric exchange, please include the serial number, and what size eccentric you'd like to have, and we will be watching for your package to arrive. Once the work is done and we properly burn-in the shaker again under testing conditions and it is recertified, we will send you an email with the shipping information. We understand that your shaker process parameters may not be fully understood when you initially order a shaker with a specific orbit size, and we do not want you to be stuck with a shaker that underperforms. We want every shaker to perform flawlessly and we want to make sure you are comfortable making the decision to change orbit sizes.
